Recently, a 23-year-old young woman came to my clinic with a concern that she had been hiding for some time.
She told me that she had previously been quite slim, weighing around 58 kg. Over a year, her weight increased by nearly 20 kg, bringing her weight to around 78 kg.
At some point, she started noticing a small bulge developing in her underarm area.
Initially, it was small, so she did not tell anyone about it. But gradually, the bulge became more noticeable.
